Gelatone began in the hills of Italy — built on the obsession of a master gelatiere who believed that texture is a feeling and flavour is a memory. But we didn't want to leave it in the past.
We brought those ancient copper vats and secret family recipes to the grey pavements of London to give the city something it was missing: unapologetic pleasure.
